This exciting development previously Allied Irish Bank on 9-17 Collingwood Street, will create a grand restaurant and luxury apartments within the Grade II listed Building.

The former banking hall and manager’s office will be home to a restaurant and bar area with room for around 146 covers, spread across the ground floor and mezzanine floor, with the manager’s room doubling as a private dining area.

The proposed dwellings will be of the upmost design quality reflecting the design quality of the original building. Careful consideration has been given to the historic features of the listed building as well as the site surroundings and character of the Conservation Area.

Avoca Consulting Engineers will be providing full mechanical and electrical design and consultancy for the apartments and lead-up services for the restaurant as well as the sustainability design for the full buildng.
