The sites proximity to local universities such as the University of Birmingham, Birmingham City University’s South Campus, as well as Aston University gives credence to the currently vacant plot being developed for student accommodation.

Sitting on a prominent corner site of the Calthorpe Estate, within the Edgbaston Conservation Area, the scheme is positioned along the main route for commuters travelling between busy Fiveways station and Birmingham city centre.
